Amberwood at Holland is a 212-unit, 99-year leasehold development by Sim Lian Group at 30 to 52 Holland Link in District 10. It is the first private residential launch in the Holland Plain precinct. The preview opened on 11 September 2026 and the launch weekend ran from 26 to 27 September.
Launch result. Sim Lian released 70 units in the first phase and sold 23 of them over the launch weekend at an average of $3,019 psf. At preview the developer quoted from-prices of $2,945 psf for a three-bedroom, $2,921 psf for a four-bedroom and $2,990 psf for a five-bedroom. Sim Lian bought the site in July 2025 for $368.37 million, or $1,432 psf per plot ratio.
Location. King Albert Park MRT on the Downtown Line is about nine minutes on foot via the planned Community Plain Park. Methodist Girls' School (Primary and Secondary) sits within 1km on a straight-line measure.
